Blue Cheese Coleslaw
A great slaw for blue cheese fans. Ingredients
- 4 cups napa cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tbs. chopped scallions
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Colman's mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Slice cabbage.
- Mix blue cheese with other ingredients in a jar or bowl. Mix well, pour over cabbage.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
