Blender Pie No Crust Coconut Custard
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 healthy pinch salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Directions
- Put all ingredients into blender container. Blend 5 min. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min or possibly till golden. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
