  • Blackberry Wine Bundt Cake

    This cake is very easy to make, flavorful, and moist. People always rave when I take it to potlucks and parties.

    Ingredients

    • Blackberry Wine Bundt Cake
    • Ingredients:
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 4 eggs
    • ⅓ cup oil
    • 3 ounces blackberry Jell-O (or grape will do if you can’t find
    • blackberry)
    • ¾ cup blackberry wine
    • ½ cup chopped pecans

    Directions

    1. Mix ingredients together in an electric mixer in the order listed above.
    2. . Grease bundt pan. Add another ½ cup pecans in bottom of pan. Pour in batter and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
    3. About five minutes before cake is done mix in sauce pan: ½ cup blackberry wine, ½ box powdered sugar, and one stick margarine.
    4. Bring all three to a full boil then spoon over cake in pan and let cool.
    5. Turn onto plate to serve.
