Blackberry Wine Bundt Cake
This cake is very easy to make, flavorful, and moist. People always rave when I take it to potlucks and parties. Ingredients
- Blackberry Wine Bundt Cake
- Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup oil
- 3 ounces blackberry Jell-O (or grape will do if you can’t find
- blackberry)
- ¾ cup blackberry wine
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in an electric mixer in the order listed above.
- . Grease bundt pan. Add another ½ cup pecans in bottom of pan. Pour in batter and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
- About five minutes before cake is done mix in sauce pan: ½ cup blackberry wine, ½ box powdered sugar, and one stick margarine.
- Bring all three to a full boil then spoon over cake in pan and let cool.
- Turn onto plate to serve.
