Black Raspberry Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quart Black raspberries, washed and dry
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Creme de cassis
Directions
- In blender or possibly food processor, combine all ingredients and blend till smooth. Strain the puree to remove the seeds, and refrigeratetill very cool. Place the mix in an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
