Black Olive Tapenade
A simple yet delicious side dish that can be used in numerous ways. Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted kalamta olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 dried red chili
- 1 orange, zested
- 1⁄2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoon fresh oregano
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth paste like consistancy is formed.
