    Ingredients

    • 8 x Large eggs
    • 2 c. Sugar.
    • 1 c. Oil.
    • 6 tsp Baking pwdr. Salt and lemon to taste. Anise seed. Antisette Liquor. Flour

    Directions

    1. INSTRUCTIONS:In a large mixing bowl mix the Large eggs, sugar oil, baking pwdr, salt, lemon, anise seed, three shots antisette, mix well.Add in flour in a little at a time till the mix is a consistency which you can knead and shape.Shape as a low oval loaf of bread and bake in a preheated oven at 400^ till almost done.Take out of oven and slice in about 1/2 in.
    2. slices.turn oven up to 450^and brown on both sides till the desired color is reached.
    3. Hazelnuts or possibly sliced almonds optional.
