Bill's Scallion And Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Scallion (green onion), chopped
- 1 tsp Dry dill
- 1 dsh Garlic pwdr Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Lowfat milk, if needed
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except lowfat milk thoroughly.
- If dip is too stiff, add in small amounts of lowfat milk, mixing well after each addition, till desired consistency is obtained.
- A nice, light dip which works well for dipping vegetables.
