  • Bhindi Ki Sabji Curried Okra India

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Okra, cut 1 inch lenghts
    • 2 med Onion, chopped
    • 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
    • 1/3 tsp Grnd red pepper
    • 2 tsp Grnd coriander
    • 1/2 tsp Graram masala Salt, to taste

    Directions

    1. Wash and cut okra. Heat 4 Tbsp. salid oil and fry cumin seeds a second, add in onions and cook for 10 min, till ligh brown. Add in okra, turmeric, red pepper, coriander and salt. Mix. Cover and cook over medium for 10 min. Add in garam masala and cook covered for another 10 min.
