    Ingredients

    • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
    • 3/4 c. chopped onion
    • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    • 2 Large eggs
    • 2 pound grnd beef
    • 2 tbsp. bottled horseradish (Kelchners)
    • 1 tbsp. salt
    • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
    • 1/4 c. ketchup
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1/2 c. ketchup

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease shallow baking pan. Break Large eggs into large bowl, beat slightly with fork. Add in meat, toss lightly till just blended. Add in crumbs, onion, green pepper and horseradish.
    2. Add in next 4 ingredients. Mix lightly with fork. Shape into oval loaf in bowl, turn into greased pan. Spread meat with 1/2 c. ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Serves 6.
