Best Ever Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 Large eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 pound butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries (rinsed and liquid removed)
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together into large bowl. Make a well; add in buttermilk, Large eggs and butter. Mix well. mix in blueberries. Fill well-greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot. Makes 2 dozen.
