Beet Relish
An accompaniment served along with hot or cold ham on Easter. Ingredients
- 1 14.5 oz Can sliced or whole beets
- 1 Tbl. Fresh prepared horseradish
- 11/2 To 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Place beets in a food processor and chop lightly
- Add sugar, salt and horseradish
- Mix well
- Serve with ham
