Beef with cherry sauce
Part of the broth can be replaced by wine. Ingredients
- veal / beef 300 g
- Cherries, canned / frozen (preferably fresh) 100 g
- butter 1.5 Art. l.
- muka1 Art. l.
- 0.5 cups sour cream
- 100 ml beef broth
- cherry juice 2.5 Art. l.
- sprig of rosemary
- pinch of cinnamon
- salt
Directions
- Berries are thawed, drained juice.
