Beef Tips In Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin steaks
- 1 can B'B mushrooms in butter
- 1 pkg. onion gravy mix (Lipton)
Directions
- Cut and brown meat on all sides, add in mushrooms, cook till juice is brown. Add in 2 to 3 glasses of water. Simmer for 30 min. Add in onion gravy mix and bring to boil. If using electric skillet, cook at 240 to 260 degrees.
