Beef Tenderloins In Cream Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 x 6-8 oz beef tenderloin steaks
- 7 ounce cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half & half
- 2 1/2 ounce sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 2 clv garlic
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp fresh grnd black pepper
Directions
- Preheat grill. In a small saucepan combine cream cheese, half & half, garlic, parsley and pepper. Blend well. Cook over medium heat till the mix is smooth. Add in mushrooms. Keep hot. Place steaks on grill and cook till done. Pour cheese mix over steaks and serve.
