Beef Tagliata with Parmesan, Rocket and Vincotto sauce
Ingredients
- Beef (100g)
- Parmesan cheese, sliced (30g)
- Rocket
- Vincotto sauce or Balsamic Sauce
- Olive Oil (Q.B.)
- Sale (Q.B.)
- Black pepper (Q.B.)
Directions
- Sauté Manzo slightly, until just rare. Then cut into slices.
- Drizzle with Vincotto Sauce, then add Parmesan, Rocket leaves and Olive Oil.
