Beef Tacos
Easy and quick Beef Tacos for lunch or supper any day! We love both crunchy taco shells and soft tortillas. Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- one minced garlic clove
- one teaspoon cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- one tablespoon chili powder
- one-10 ounce can Rot*el diced tomatoes and chile's
- 12 Crunchy Taco Shells
- 12-Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheese (your choice)
- Any greens you love, chopped
- Optional condiments: Diced onions, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Directions
- Saute ground beef with garlic, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, stir and break up meat as it cooks, drain excess grease, add Rot*el, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
- Warm both crunchy taco shells and tortillas in a warm oven
- Fill each full of ground beef, add greens, cheese
- Enjoy!
