Beef Strips With Mushrooms And Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb top round steak
- 16 ounce frzn pepper stir-fry mix
- 1 can condensed beefy mushroom soup undiluted
- 8 ounce sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 x 1-ounce package onion soup mix warm cooked rice
Directions
- Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Combine steak, frzn stir-fry mix, and next 3 ingredinets in a 3 1/2 to 4-qt electric slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hrs or possibly on Low 6 to 7 hrs. Serve over rice.
