Beef & Rice Casserole
Beef, soup & rice. Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 med onion, cut-up fine
- 1/2 cup celery, cut-up fine
- 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cubes chicken bullion (dissolved in 3/4 cup of water)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Brown ground beef, onion & celery; drain.
- Place ground beef mixture and rest of ingredients into a 2-qt. casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
