Beef paprikash with fusilli
Croatian beef paprikash and Italian pasta make a warm and filling combination. Ingredients
- 700 g sirloin tip steak, cut into 2.5 cm strips
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 red horn pepper, sliced
- 2 tbs paprika
- 2 cups beef broth, from 1 cube
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Parsley, chopped
- 400 g pasta (fusilli)
- Marinade:
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 4 tbs balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp dry basil
Directions
1.For the marinade, mix and combine all ingredients. Marinate steak strips for at least 1 hour or overnight.Useful Links
