Beef n' Biscuits
Quick and flavorful lunch or supper option my family loves this dish! Ingredients
- 16 ounces Sirloin Steak (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup baby carrots (cut up)
- 1 cup beef broth
- one teaspoon AP flour
- dash of onion powder, garlic salt
- 10 Homestyle buttermilk refrigerated biscuits
Directions
- In a saute pan add on low heat the cut up sirloin steak cubes, saute 6-8 minutes, add beef broth, AP flour and stir well, add carrots, seasonings cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes on low heat
- Bake biscuits as per tube instructions until golden brown
- Slice open a biscuit add beef on bottom half of baked biscuit
- Enjoy!
