Beef Cube Steak Parmesan
Tried a chicken Parmesan recipe with pre-tenderized cube steaks. Yum! Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks, tenderized
- 2 cups favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 C shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 T milk
- 1/3 C flour
- 2 tsp. dry basil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- cooked egg noodles or favorite pasta, cooked al dente
- oil for frying
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combo eggs and milk.
- Mix basil and garlic powder with stuffing.
- Dredge steaks in flour, then in egg mix, then roll in stuffing.
- Put about an inch of oil in a skillet and fry the cube steaks on medium heat until browned.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
- Top steaks with Parmesan and Mozzarella.
- Place steaks on a pan and het in oven until the cheese melts.
- Serve steaks over pasta with spaghetti sauce.
