Beaumont Inn Smoked Sausage And Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Fresh, grnd smoked Sausage cooked and liquid removed
- 24 lrg Mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 lb Cream cheese
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook mushrooms at 350 degrees for 7 min. Allow to cold. Mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Fill each mushroom with 1 tsp. of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min.
- Note: If grnd smoked sausage isn't available you can add in 1/2 tsp. of a liquid natural smoke product (like Wright's) to 1/2 lb. grnd pork
- (not pork sausage).
