Bear Shish Kabob
Ingredients
- Bear meat cut 1" cubes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 lrg onion finely minced
- 1 can beer - (12 ounce) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Chill, allowing the cubes of bear meat to marinate overnight.
- Place the meat on skewers, and grill over warm coals till well-done.
