- 500g green beans, trimmed
- 40g butter
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Cook beans in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add beans, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
