    Ingredients

    • Ingredients
    • 1 wild Pacific salmon fillet
    • a few sprigs of fresh dill
    • a few sprigs of fresh chives
    • fresh green onions, amount your choice
    • lemon juice
    • salt & pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. * place a sheet of tinfoil onto BBQ grill, on the side you will keep flame off
    2. * light bbq to low on one side and center, leaving other side off
    3. * place some lemon juice onto foil.
    4. * allow to warm, then place salmon fillet, skin-side down
    5. * add dill; add more lemon on top ....
    6. * close bbq cover ......
    7. * cook until fish is tender and flaky
    8. * serve with chive sprigs and green onions
    9. * NOTE:
    10. * a highly HEART-HEALTHY dish!
