Bay Scallops Saute
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bay scallops
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh parsley Freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- In skillet heat butter & add in garlic. Cook till garlic is golden. Add in scallops & parsley. Cook 2-3 min, stirring often.
- Sprinkle with pepper & serve.
