Basic Steak Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cup coarsely ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Store in a leftover freshly washed spice bottle or in a plastic sandwich bag that seals easily. Store away from moisture and light.
