Basic Healthy Pancakes

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp Truvia
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- splash vanilla
Directions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, egg substitute, and vanilla. Whisk this into the flour mixture until just combined.
- Ladle 1/4 cupfuls onto a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook until golden on the bottom.
