Basic Ceviche Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Use to marinate seafood for ceviche from between 20 min (for very fresh, thinly sliced mild fish) to 24 hrs (for stronger-tasting seafood such as sea scallops.)
