Barbequed Pork Chops With Rice
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking long grain rice
- 1 env. instant tomato soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon barbeque seasoning spices
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 6 loin pork chops
Directions
- Combine onion, celery, green pepper, tomato soups, water, salt, pepper, tomatoes and rice in 3 qt casserole. Brown pork chops that are seasoned with barbeque spices. Place pork chops on top of rice and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
