Barbecued Shrimp (Cajun Style)
Ingredients
- 2 doz large shrimp
- 2 tsp Cajun spice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Green onion
- 1/2 c. Shrimp or possibly chicken stock
- 1/4 c. Dark beer at room temperature
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Directions
- Alway rinse shrimp in cool water. Heat butter in skillet. Add in shrimp and stir till they turn pink. Add in Cajun spice, fresh garlic, green onion, beer, stock and Worchestershire sauce. Shake pan while cooking to help form the sauce. Serve in a bowl with rice, or possibly with lots of French bread.
