Barbecued Salmon With Basil
Ingredients
- 4 x Salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces each) thawed if necessary.
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dry and crushed basil Lemon wedges
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon.
- Grill over medium warm coals 10 min per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
- Serves 4
