  • Barbecue Pork Ribs

    Tender, tasty barbecue pork ribs!

    Ingredients

    • 4 pounds pork ribs (slab)
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • Season Spices:
    • salt to taste
    • pepper to taste
    • garlic salt to taste
    • 1 bottle barbecue sauce (18 oz)
    • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
    • 2 Tbls oyster sauce
    • 2 Tbls hoisin sauce
    • 2 Tbls shoyu

    Directions

    1. Place ribs in a large pot.
    2. Cover ribs with water and add vinegar
    3. Boil for 1 1/4 hours, until tender
    4. Remove from pot and cool
    5. Sprinkle seasoning spices on both sides of slab
    6. Place in a sealable plastic bag and add marinade sauce in the bag
    7. Marinate ribs for 4 hours or overnight
    8. Place ribs on grill for 15 minutes before serving.
