Banana Mango Smoothie
If you can't do cow dairy try this smoothie. All ingrediants are organic. When you open the can of coconut milk dump the contents into a bowl and whisk well until combined. Make sure to use the remainder milk the next day or throw it out. Ingredients
- 7-8 pieces of mango (frozen works well)
- 2 very ripe baby bananas
- 1/4 - 1/3 vanilla yogurt from goats milk
- 3/4C Coconut milk (make sure you wisk the milk until combined before you measure)
Directions
- Combine all the ingrediants into a small food processor and blend until well combined
