  • Banana, Honey, And Soy Milk Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 x bananas peeled, cut into 1/2" rounds frzn
    • 1 c. light (1%) soy lowfat milk
    • 1 c. ice cubes
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
    2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
    3. Comments: Soy lowfat milk is extracted from pureed fresh soybeans and has a taste similar to which of cow's lowfat milk. For this cold, light and delicious treat, you will need to peel and freeze the bananas ahead of time.
