  • Baking Butter Graham Cracker Crust

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 c. Baking Butter, Mrs. Bateman's Butterlike, softened
    • 1 1/2 tsp Water, warmed
    • 11 1/2 x Lowfat graham crackers, crumbed, fine, 2.5 c
    • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
    • 1 dsh Baking soda

    Directions

    1. Soften Baking Butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and mix it with the hot water. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well till moistened. Divid the crumb mix into 2, 9" vegetable sprayed pie pans and press proportionately on the bottom and up the sides. I prefer not TOO thick a crust. Bake at 350 F. for 15 min. Cold. Fill with any kind of filling you like.
    2. These would freeze well, tightly wrapped.
