Baked Salmon With Soured Cream
Ingredients
- 2 x 4 ounce salmon steaks
- 4 fl ounce Soured cream or possibly creme fraiche
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
- 1 sm Onion, very finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Directions
- Place the salmon steaks in a small baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients retaining half of the dill. Spoon the sauce over the salmon steaks. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C/425 F/gas mark 7 for 15-18 min. Scatter with the remaining herbs and serve with a cucumber salad or possibly sauteed courgettes.
