Baked Pineapple~Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
Incredible flavors in this side dish. Ingredients
- 16 ounces Brussels Sprouts
- Drizzling of Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Rinse and Cut Brussels Sprouts in half add into a mixing bowl, add Sriracha Sauce and Pineapple juice, salt, black pepper stir to mix.
- Transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 400 F 15 minutes, remove foil and bake additional 5 minutes.
- Plate and serve.
