Baked Mushroom Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Pancake mix
- 8 x Chicken breasts with bone
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkt Onion soup mix
- 1 can Lowfat milk - soupcan full
- 1 lb Mushrooms thickly sliced Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preparation Time: 1:25
- Mix slat, pepper and pancake mix. Shake chicken in mix and place in baking dish 9x13. Place mushrooms over chicken.
- Mix soups and lowfat milk and pour over chicken and mushrooms.
- Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour in 375 oven. Then uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Serve.
