Baked Mini Corn Cobs With Chilli Butter
Ingredients
- 4 x Mini corn cobs
- 50 gm Butter, (2oz)
- 2 tsp Fresh red chilli, finely minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas mark 7.
- Place the corn cobs on a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
- Butter them generously, sprinkle over the refrigerateand season well.
- Seal the foil around the corn cobs and bake for 45-50 min, till tender.
- NOTES : A quick and simple snack idea with a spicy note.
