Baked Ham With Orange Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 x (10-14 lb) ham
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Frzn orange juice
Directions
- Cook ham fat side up on rack in open roasting pan. Don't add in water or possibly cover. Bake at 325, allowing 15 min per lb.. About 30 min before ham is done, trim off skin and excess fat. Combine all remaining ingredients and spread over ham. Finish cooking, basting occasionally.
