Baked Fish With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Haddock fillets
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1 sm Green pepper
- 7 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt ds Pepper
Directions
- Pour about 1/2 tomato sauce into deep, buttered pan, add in tightly rolled fillets. Cover with sliced green pepper, onions, salt and pepper, and balance of tomato sauce. Dot generously with butter. Bake in moderate oven (350 deg) for 25-30 min.
