Baked Cornish Hens With Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 x Cornish hens
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed
Directions
- Rub hens with butter. Combine other ingredients and use to baste hens.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with lemon mix every 10 min. If serving with rice, spoon remaining lemon mix over rice.
- Serves 4
