Baked Chicken In White Wine
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 whole chicken breasts (About 10 ounces each, Split and skinned)
- 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 T butter
- 2 T liquid removed capers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put together flour with seasoning. Dredge chicken in flour mix. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish and pour wine over. Dot with butter and sprinkle with capers. Cover with foil. Bake 20 min, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking till chicken is cooked through, about 1 hour.
