Baked Chicken Dijonnaise
Ingredients
- 4 x skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
- 1/4 c. country-style Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. finely minced red onion, preferably, or possibly white onion
- 1/2 c. coarsely grated swiss cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brush each chicken breast half with mustard, sprinkle with onion and cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min, till chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
