Baked Cheese Fish
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets (any fin fish)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Dash of paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange fish in single layer in greased 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Pour soup over fish. Season with pepper and sprinkle cheese over soup. Sprinkle paprika. Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till lightly brown.
