Baked Cheese And Bacon Omelette
Ingredients
- 6 lrg Large eggs beaten
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 x green onion sliced thin
- 3 slc bacon cooked, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Whisk together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Stir in seasonings, cheese, onion and bacon.
- Heat butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet. Pour egg mix into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 20 min or possibly till set and golden brown. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
