Baked Black Pepper & Sour Cream Chicken
Cut up a whole fryer for this easy recipe! Baked and so flavorful. Ingredients
- One 5 pound whole Chicken Fryer
- 1 cup Sour cream
- one tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- In a mixing bowl after you cut up the whole fryer and rinse and dry add into the bowl with sour cream and black pepper, marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place bread crumbs on a plate and remove chicken pieces one at a time into the breadcrumbs and coat each well
- Place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan with a tent foil
- bake 40 minutes (rotate chicken pieces after 20 minutes of bake time to evenly bake them)
- Serve and enjoy!
