Bailey's Irish Cream Balls
Ingredients
- 3 c. Nilla wafers finely crushed
- 1 c. Pecans minced
- 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Bailey's irish cream
- 3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon till well blended. Allow to stand 5 min. Shape mix into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Allow to dry on wire rack 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar again if you like. Store in airtight container between layers of wax paper.
