Bahamas Lobster Salad
Fresh healthy seafood salad Ingredients
- 4 Cooked lobster
- 1/2 Red, green, yellow bell peppers, slice or chopped
- 1/2 Red, white onions, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2-Red firm tomatoe skin, chopped
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Desired cayenne pepper(optional)
- Parsley chopped (optional)
Directions
- Mince or pinch cook lobster in a bowl
- Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper
- Add bell peppers, onions, tomatoes
- Mix until all is combined
- Add mayonnaise stir with big spoon until all is mixed
- Let sit in refridgerator until ready to serve
- Add parsley on top of salad when serving
